GHCL Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Audited Annual Accounts for the period (fifteen months) ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of Dividend for the period ended (fifteen months) March 31, 2007, if any.
