National Organic Board recommends 5% dividend

National Organic Chemical Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 04, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 5%.

The stock closed the day at Rs.27.35, down by Rs.0.65 or 2.32%. The total traded quantity was 1995106 compared to 2 week average of 2179512. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.20 and low of Rs.27.15.
