California Software Board to consider dividend

California Software Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 11, 2007, to consider and / or approve the following:

1. The audited financial results for the full financial year and also 4th quarter ended March 31, 2007 (standalone and consolidated).

2. To consider recommendation of dividend if any for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

3. Considering proposals for the raising of additional funds / capital for the business of the Company through various options including preferential allotment and to finalise other further steps as necessary in connection with the options decided upon.
