Bodal Chemicals Board declares 15% interim dividend

Bodal Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 04, 2007, has declared an interim dividend @ 15% i.e. Rs 1.5 per equity share of Rs 10/- each and @ 10% i.e. Re 1 per share on 10% Non Cumulative Redeemable preference share of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2006-07.
