Salzer Electronics Board to consider dividend

Salzer Electronics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 28, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:

1. Audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider the proposal of recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the year 2006-2007.

3. To fix the date of Annual book-closure for the year 2006-07.

4. To fix the date, venue and time for the 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended 2006-2007.

5. To approve the notice calling 22nd AGM and Agenda thereof.
