Amara Raja Batteries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval of Audited Accounts and Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
