Kamla Dials to setup "TORQUE" in Himachal Pradesh

Kamla Dials & Devices Ltd has announced that Mr. P S S Raghavan, Chief Operating Officer of the Company has resigned from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. May 29, 2007 and the same has been approved in the meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 29, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 29, 2007 has approved setting up of new division / unit under the name "TORQUE" situated in Himachal Pradesh, which would be in the business of manufacturing / assembling of watch components for private label watches.

The stock closed the day at Rs.106.50, up by Rs.4.30 or 4.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.107.30 and low of Rs.97.15. The total traded quantity was 51251 compared to 2 week average of 21255.
