TTK Prestige Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 14, 2007 for considering the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007, and also to consider recommendation of dividend and fix the date, time and venue of the Annual General Meeting.
