IDBI fixes Book Closure for Dividend

Industrial Development Bank of India Ltd (IDBI) has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 18, 2007 to June 22, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend, if any, for the year ended on March 31, 2007.
