Hindustan Zinc - Rating: Buy; Target Price: Rs161 - Centrum

- We expect revenue to go up by ~15% YoY on the back of increase in zinc volumes. Production of lead and silver is expected to remain muted. Realizations are expected to be aided by weak rupee and robust premiums.

- EBITDA is expected to increase by ~29% YoY. We expect EBITDA margin of 52.5%, higher by 547bps YoY.

- PAT is expected to be at Rs19.3bn (up 19% YoY), aided by higher operating profits.
