Elgitread India Board recommends 35% dividend

Elgitread India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Dividend of 35% of the face value of the Equity Share. This is subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on August 11, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.28.10, up by Rs.1.45 or 5.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.30.50 and low of Rs.26.40. The total traded quantity was 87882 compared to 2 week average of 10015.
