Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd (CFL) has announced that June 15, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date, as per the Scheme, the shareholders of Ficom Organics Ltd will be entitled for 3 Equity Shares of Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd for every 11 Equity Shares held by them of Ficom Organics Ltd. For ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders of Ficom Organics Ltd who are to receive the equity shares of CFL under the Scheme.
