Precision Wires India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 11, 2007, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the Audited Annual Results for the Financial year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend Dividend, if any for the said Financial Year.
