High Energy Board to consider dividend

High Energy Batteries India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 09, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and approve Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and recommend Dividend, if any.

3. To fix a date for the 46th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
