JM Financial Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Audited Balance-Sheet as at March 31, 2007 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year on that date.

2. Recommended the dividend, if any.
