Jindal Drilling Board to consider dividend

Jindal Drilling & Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 11, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and approve the Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend recommendation of dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007, if any.
