20 Microns Ltd to allot 12,30,769 equity shares upon conversion of FCDs

At the Meeting of the Management Committee of Directors of 20 Microns Ltd held on December 23, 2013, it has been approved to allot 12,30,769 equity shares [rounded-off] of the face value of Rs. 5/- each, at a price of Rs. 32.50/- per share to the Non-Promoter viz. M/s. Pratik Minerals Private Limited upon CONVERSION of 4,00,000 0% Unsecured Fully Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 100/- each.

An extra-ordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Company will be held on January 30, 2014 at 3.00 pm at Waghodia.

Shares of 20 Microns Ltd was last trading BSE at Rs.30.85, down by Rs.0.05 or 0.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.31.30 and intraday low of Rs.30.55.

The total traded quantity was 0.40 lakh shares as compared to 2 week average of 0.53 lakh shares.
