Nilkamal clarifies on news item regarding acquisition

With reference to the news item appearing in the media titled, "Nilkamal likely to acquire Mumbai based plastic Company; Deal size likely to be 80-100 Cr", Nilkamal Ltd has clarified that, no such information of any probable event as mentioned therein has been reported by the Company to the media.

The stock closed the day at Rs.178.50, up by Rs.8.50 or 5%. The total traded quantity was 2291 compared to 2 week average of 1791. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.178.50 and low of Rs.173.
