Sequent Scientific Ltd approves issue of 37,00,000 Warrants

The Board of Directors of Sequent Scientific Ltd on December 20, 2013, has approved the issue of 3,700,000 warrants on preferential basis to the Promoters/ Promoter Group, subject to the shareholders' approval and necessary regulatory approvals.

The warrants will be convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each and will be issued at a price not lower than the price specified in Chapter VII of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and on such further terms and conditions specified in the said guidelines.

Shares of Sequent Scientific Ltd was last trading BSE at Rs.168.55, up by Rs.8 or 4.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.168.55 and intraday low of Rs.163.10.

The total traded quantity was 6682 shares as compared to 2 week average of 3629 shares.
