Info Drive Updates on Rights Issue

Info Drive Software Ltd has announced about the offer for 2,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 2/- per share (i.e. at a price of Rs 12/- per share) aggregating to Rs 2400.00 lacs on a Rights basis to the existing equity shareholders of the Company in the ratio of four equity shares for every one equity share (i.e. 4:1) of Rs 10/- each held on Record Date (i.e. May 19, 2007) as below:

Issue Closes on : July 06, 2007

The issue price is 1.2 times of the Face value of Rs 10/-.
