Birla VXL Board to declare dividend

Birla VXL Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 18, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 including the Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter ended March 31, 2007 as well as declaration of dividend, if any.
