Samkrg Pistons Board recommends 35% dividend

Samkrg Pistons & Rings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 01, 2007, inter alia, has recommended Dividend 35% i.e. Rs 3.5 per equity share subject to approval of Shareholders.
