Raj Television to launch "Kalaignar TV" and "Raj NEWS"

With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 31, 2007, Raj Television Network Ltd has announced that the name of the two new channels approved by Ministry of information and Broadcasting are "KALAIGNAR TV and RAJ NEWS".

The management has informed that "KALAIGNAR TV" will have news, current affairs and entertainment for all sections of society.

It has also informed that "RAJ NEWS" would be exclusively a news channels covering all domestic and international news, business news and current affairs.

The stock was trading at Rs.340, up by Rs.1.70 or 0.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.348 and low of Rs.321.45. The total traded quantity was 64466 compared to 2 week average of 1116722.
