Gujarat Toolroom fixes Book Closure for AGM

Gujarat Toolroom Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 11, 2007 to August 18, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 18, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company has not recommended any divided.
