Kotak Mahindra Bank fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 26, 2007 to July 05, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on July 05, 2007.
