Proto Infosys Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on May 31, 2007 to consider and approve the Audited Results for the Quarter and year ending March 31, 2007 has been adjourned and will now be held on June 07, 2007 to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve audited results for the Quarter and year ending March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and recommend dividend for FY 2006-07.
