Arrow Coated subsidiary acquires stake in Advance IP Technologies Ltd, UK

Arrow Coated Products Ltd has announced that the Arrow Coated Products (UK) Ltd, a Wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and their Promoters have acquired 50% Equity Share Capital of Advance IP Technologies Ltd (UK) and this acquisition shall facilitate the marketing of various patents granted to the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.37.95, up by Rs.0.80 or 2.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.39.15 and low of Rs.37.50. The total traded quantity was 2902 compared to 2 week average of 2365.
