MRO TEK Updates on Buyback Offer

MRO TEK Ltd has announced that the Company propose to commence the Buyback from June 04, 2007.

The Company has further informed the following:

Karvy Investor Services Ltd ("Merchant Banker to the BuyBack") on behalf of MRO TEK Ltd ("Target Company") has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the shareholders of the Target Company, which is in continuation of & should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement dated May 09, 2007, in connection with the offer for buyback of the equity shares from the open market through Stock Exchanges (the Buyback) by Target Company as advised by Securities & Exchange Board of India vide their letter dated May 25, 2007.

The terms used but not defined in this corrigendum shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Public Announcement.

The equity shareholders/beneficial owners of the Target Company may please note that the following amendments to the Public Announcement (PA) made on May 09, 2007 by the Target Company.

At point no 2 of the Public Announcement i.e. Last Date for the Buyback under Proposed Time Table, the following point "However, in no case the Buyback process including the payment obligation shall extend beyond March 29, 2008" has been added.
