South Asian Enterprises enters into agreement with AUM

South Asian Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into an Agreement with AUM Sportainment Pvt Ltd (AUM) on May 18, 2007, inter alia, for setting up an Entertainment Division in the Company. The Entertainment division in technical Collaboration with 'AUM' will initially take up production of TV serial / low cost feature film etc including projects in hand with 'AUM'. The above arrangement was consented to by the Board in the meeting held on May 30, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.18.40, up by Rs.0.20 or 1.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.40 and low of Rs.17.40. The total traded quantity was 4100 compared to 2 week average of 1379.
