Swaraj Mazda Board recommends Rs.5.50 dividend

Swaraj Mazda Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 31, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 5.50 per share subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.338, up by Rs.3 or 0.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.351 and low of Rs.338. The total traded quantity was 201 compared to 2 week average of 410.
