Muthoot Capital Board recommends 12% dividend

Muthoot Capital Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 31, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 12% on the equity shares of the Company for the year 2006 - 07.

The stock closed the day at Rs.40.35, down by Rs.2.10 or 4.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.43.90 and low of Rs.40.35. The total traded quantity was 4062 compared to 2 week average of 6486.
