JD Orgochem Board to consider Scheme of Compromise / Arrangement

JD Orgochem Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 07, 2007, inter alia, to consider approval of Draft of Scheme of Compromise / Arrangement Between the Company, Secured Creditors and Equity Shareholders under provisions of Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956.
