Parsvnath conducts the bhoomipujan & announces the launch of Parsvnath Paliwal City in Panipat

Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced that the Company conducts the bhoomipujan of the ultra modern township Parsvnath Paliwal City, Panipat with a project cost of Rs 235 crores. The Company on May 31, 2007 announced the launch of plots in the township ranging from 250 sq. mtrs. to 836 sq. mtrs. The Company would now develop the township in sector 38-39 of Panipat.

Parsvnath Paliwal City is located near Devilal Choudhary Park. The township is spread over 162 acres containing plots of various sizes ranging from 50 sq. mtrs. to 836 sq. mtrs. This township is equipped with all the modern amenities. The township will consist of plots, group housing, shopping mall with multiplex, club with swimming pool, dispensary, school, taxi stand etc, Vast stretches of metallic and well-planned roads make the township an address to impress.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Sanjeev Jain, Managing Director, of the Company said, "Parsvnath Paliwal City is built keeping in mind the opportunities to explore the huge demand for quality services in Panipat. City will redefine luxurious living for the people of Panipat. The township would provide facilities that will he truly world class at par with convenience."

The project is in collaboration with a well known exporter of Panipat. The development of township is expected to be complete in two years from the date of commencement of work.
