Panacea Biotec Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 14, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year 2006-07 and to recommend dividend, if any, on the Share Capital of the Company.
