Netlink Solutions India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 06, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:

1. Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of dividend for the financial year 2006-07.

3. Alteration of Objects clause of Memorandum of Association.
