Dolphin Offshore receives contract from Brunei Shell Petroleum Company

Dolphin Offshore Enterprises India Ltd has announced that the Company has received Letter of Award for charter hire of M V Brahmaputra Dolphin for a firm charter period of two years for Brunei Shell Petroleum Company Sdn Bhd. by M/s. Mashhor General Contractor SDN BHD, Negara Brunei Darussalam., which may be extended for a further period of 3 years.

The approximate value of the charter hire is US$ 5 million for the primary period. The charter hire is likely to commence from June 07, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.249, up by Rs.2.55 or 1.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.256.45 and low of Rs.247.05. The total traded quantity was 57609 compared to 2 week average of 64600.
