IVP fixes Book Closure for AGM

IVP Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 23, 2007 to July 28, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors has not recommend any dividend.

The stock was trading at Rs.23.75, down by Rs.0.40 or 1.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.24 and low of Rs.23.75. The total traded quantity was 250 compared to 2 week average of 8050.
