Divyashakti Granites Board recommends 15% dividend

Divyashakti Granites Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 31, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 15% for the year subject to approval of shareholders.

The stock was trading at Rs.23.50, up by Rs.0.65 or 2.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.23.50 and low of Rs.22.25. The total traded quantity was 1525 compared to 2 week average of 2123.
