Cinemax India Board to recommend dividend

Cinemax India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 09, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To approve the quarterly results for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 and Annual Audited results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider and recommend dividend.
