Delhi High Court approves merger of Three-D Communications with Nam Credit

Nam Credit & Investment Consultants Ltd has announced the scheme of merger of M/s. Three-D communications Ltd with the Company has been approved by Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, in this regards, further the Company has inform that the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana has registered the order of the High Court of Delhi sanctioning the scheme of merger of M/s. Three-D Communications Ltd.

The stock was trading at Rs.22.23, up by Rs.1.05 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.22.23 and low of Rs.22.23. The total traded quantity was 4451 compared to 2 week average of 18068.
