Ganesha Ecosphere to raise funds through preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd at its meeting held on November 09, 2013, has decided to raise funds upto an amount of Rs. 6,50,00,000/-, by way of Preferential Issue of Warrants, convertible into Equity Shares of the Company, to the Promoter's Group and Others at a price to be determined in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

Shares of Ganesha Ecosphere Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.36.75, up by Rs.0.75 or 2.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37.50 and low of Rs.36.

The total traded quantity was 323 as compared to 2 week average of 5706.
