Astral Poly Technik Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 30, 2007 to July 09, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 09, 2007.
