Sunflag Iron Board recommends 2.50% final dividend

Sunflag Iron & Steel Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend @ 2.50% on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2006-07, subject to approval of Members at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.16.35, down by Rs.0.18 or 1.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.80 and low of Rs.16.35. The total traded quantity was 231669 compared to 2 week average of 1308935.
