Cyber Tech Systems Board recommends 10% dividend

Cyber Tech Systems & Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the payment of equity dividend of Re 1 per share (10% of the nominal value of Rs 10 per share).

The stock closed the day at Rs.28.65, down by Rs.0.45 or 1.55%. The total traded quantity was 43064 compared to 2 week average of 36933. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.85 and low of Rs.28.40.
