Sundaram Finance Board recommends 20% final dividend

Sundaram Finance Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 20% for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 on the paid-up capital of Rs 27.78 Cr. This, together with the interim dividend of 85% will make a total dividend of 105% for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

The stock closed the day at Rs.445, down by Rs.4.05 or 0.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.470 and low of Rs.443.40. The total traded quantity was 4280 compared to 2 week average of 1505.
