Jupiter Bioscience to consider allotment of shares to QIP Buyers

Jupiter Bioscience Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider and allot Equity Shares to the Qualified Institutional Buyers in the recently concluded QIP Issue.
