DMC International to consider allotment of shares at Rs.60

DMC International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 05, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve allotment of 2,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each at a premium of Rs 55/-.
