Indian Markets expected to open higher on Tuesday - TRANS SCAN

The Indian markets are expected to open higher on Tuesday tracking positive Asian markets, while investors will keep a close eye on IIP data for the month of January 2013.

Overnight, US Stocks rose modestly lifting the Dow to another record high. The gains also lifted the benchmark S&P 500 index to its highest intraday level since October 2007.

Asian share rose as growing confidence in the U.S. economy sidelined concerns over the slowdown in the euro zone.
