Eicher Goodearth Ltd seek voluntary delisting from BSE and NSE

Eicher Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 28, 2006, inter alia, to consider the communication received from Eicher Goodearth Ltd, the promoters of the Company, dated November 24, 2006, wherein they have expressed their intention to initiate a voluntary delisting of the shares of the Company from the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines, 2003.
