Karuturi Networks allots bonus shares, to issue warrants

Karuturi Networks Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. The Board recommended issue of Convertible Warrants and for this purpose, approval of Share holders will be by postal ballot.

2. The Board has made allotment of Bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to all the share holders whose names appeared on the register of members of the Company a on April 25, 2007.
